I understand that by submitting this required information, a representative will contact me by e-mail or by phone, as soon as possible, to discuss specifics of this commission request. I can also call a representative at (212).594.4434 Mon-Fri 9am - 5 pm New York City, NY, USA, Eastern Standard Time. All information is kept strictly confidential. None is shared with third parties. I also understand no work will begin on any design and/or illustration until direct communication occurs, between myself and a representative for the designer/illustrator, to discuss the scope and details and price of this request. I also understand 50% of the price will be required as a commencement fee before any work can begin. And the remaining 50% of the price must be paid within 15 days of delivery.
